You’re in the best hands! Our coaches will greet you on your first day and make sure your child (and you!) feel comfortable. We encourage parents to do a quick drop-off to make it a smooth transition but we are contactable all day if you need to check how your child is getting on.

All of our coaches have enhanced DBS checks, paediatric first aid & safeguarding children qualifications. All coaches have also undergone extensive internal training.

Unfortunately due to ratios and staffing we cannot cancel camp places once they are booked however we will always endeavour to swap a day during the camp subject to availability. If you are unable to attend, we ask that you email.

• We are very lucky that our camps are ran at purpose-built faciltiies with both indoor sports halls, classrooms and areas as well as outdoor astro turfs, playgrounds and other amazing facilities.
• The activities we offer are subject to weather and we will run indoor activities in adverse weather. We do endeavour to get outside at some stages throughout the day where possible.

• We do not provide food – parents must send children with a packed lunch.
• For any activities which involve food, we will refer to allergen information and ensure activities are suitable. Food related activities will be sent home for children to consume after pick-up.

All information will be shared before a camp and you can also get in touch via WhatsApp or Email. Drop-off and collection is always at the same place.

• Any medication they need – this must be handed to a coach at the start of each day and it will be returned at the end of the day to the responsible person collecting.
